Proper care can help maintain the appearance and lifespan of your LumiTress wig.

Human Hair Wigs

Human hair wigs should be handled gently.

Use mild hair-care products appropriate for human hair wigs.

Avoid excessive heat, repeated bleaching, harsh chemicals, and aggressive brushing.

When using heat styling tools, use appropriate temperature settings and heat protection.

Allow hair to dry appropriately and store the wig carefully when not in use.

Synthetic wigs require different care from human hair wigs.

Do not apply heat unless the specific product is clearly identified as heat resistant.

Even heat-resistant synthetic fibers have temperature limitations.

Excessive heat may permanently damage synthetic fibers.

Before washing, gently detangle the wig.

Avoid aggressive rubbing, twisting, or pulling.

Use cool or lukewarm water unless the product instructions specify otherwise.

Lace materials are delicate.

Do not pull aggressively on the lace.

Cutting lace, applying adhesives, or altering the lace may make the product ineligible for return.

Dyeing, bleaching, perming, chemical processing, or other modifications are performed at the customer's own risk unless expressly stated otherwise.
